The 2012 Mille Miglia will take place from Wednesday, May the 16th (optional), to Sunday, May the 20th.
Entry applications are now open and will close at 12 midnight on Sunday, December 18th, 2011.
Those who wish to participate in the event must register on the website by this date. They will obtain a username and a password which will be used to access the on-line entry form. This is divided into 9 parts. When all parts have been filled in, they will be given an entry registration number. It will then be necessary to attach the following on-line:

  • an FIA Heritage Certificate and/or CSAI papers and/or an FIVA Passport
  • as much historical documentation on the car as possible, including those passed on by previous owners
  • photographs of the car

The entry fee of € 7,260.00 must be paid by credit card, using our secure server on the website www.1000miglia.eu , once the entry process has been completed. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Applications submitted with incomplete or false information will not be accepted, nor will applications without documentation, without photographs or without entry fees. The date the entry fees is received will be considered the registration date of the entry application.
For information as to the status of your entry registration, all you have to do is check the website.

From February 1st, 2012 the results of the committee’s decision as to whether your car has been accepted or not will be shown on-line in your personal area. To provide further confirmation, a registered air-mail letter will be sent directly to you as well. If the car has not been accepted, the entry fee (minus bank handling fees) will be returned by wire transfer to the bank account shown on your entry registration form.

If your car is not accepted on February 1st, it may still have been placed on the waiting list, to substitute any renunciations or cancellations before the event starts. You will be informed if your car has been put on the waiting list at the same time you are informed that the car has not been accepted.

The entry fee of € 7,260.00 - includes the following:

  • Complete hospitality package for 2 people:
    • Welcome coffee at the  Brescia Trade Fair (Fiera di Brescia)
    • Three light dinners (in Brescia, May 17th and 19th, and in Rome, May 18th)
    • Welcome snack in your hotel in Ferrara
    • Three nights in a hotel, including continental breakfast (17th – 18th – 19th May)
    • Two buffet lunches
    • Invitations to the Teatro Grande di Brescia for the Awards Ceremony on May 20th
    • Aperitif and lunch at Brescia on May 20th

  • Assistance and services included:
    • Parking for the competing car in the reserved area inside the Fiera di Brescia (Brescia Trade Fair)
    • Security surveillance for the classic cars all night long, where possible, in an enclosed building
    • Service shuttles wherever necessary
    • Assistance and coordination with our staff along the whole of the route
