WEDNESDAY 14th MAY

Arrival of cars at the Mille Miglia Paddock at Fiera di Brescia. Reserved areas for Joint Presenting Sponsor Car Manufacturers.

Welcome coffee, administrative checks, scrutineering, collection of car stickers, road-books and gifts.

Parking of cars in secure reserved areas inside the Mille Miglia Paddock and parking of trailers and car transporters inside the Mille Miglia Paddock.
3.00 p.m.
10.30 p.m.		 Shuttle service from the Mille Miglia Paddock to the hotels.
5.00 p.m. Holy Mass in the old cathedral, Piazza Paolo VI.
8.00 p.m.
9.00 p.m.		 Shuttle service from the hotels to Villa Mazzotti (Chiari) for the gala dinner.
9.00 p.m. Gala dinner by payment at Villa Mazzotti (Chiari).
11.00 p.m. Shuttle service to the hotels. Overnight stay.

THURSDAY 15th MAY
7.00 a.m.

Arrival of cars at the Mille Miglia Paddock at Fiera di Brescia. Welcome coffee, administrative checks, scrutineering, collection of car stickers, road-books and gifts.
Shuttle service to the centre of Brescia (Piazza della Loggia) and back.

Parking of trailers and car transporters inside the Mille Miglia Paddock.
7.00 a.m.
3.30 p.m.		 Departure of participating cars to Piazza della Loggia for sealing.
8.30 a.m.
12.00 p.m.		 Public presentation of cars by Simon Kidston and Savina Confaloni.
7.00 a.m.
3.30 p.m. 		Display of cars downtown in Brescia in several squares and reserved areas.
10.00 p.m. Blessing of a selected group of cars in Piazza Paolo VI.
5.30 p.m.
8.30 p.m.		 Buffet dinner at the Mille Miglia Museum.
7.30 p.m. Departure of the first car from Viale Venezia for the Brescia – Ferrara stage and public presentation of participating cars.
00.00 a.m.

Arrival of the first car downtown in Ferrara. Parking of cars in secure reserved area.

Shuttle service to the hotels. Welcome snack (room service): canapés and fruit. Overnight stay.

FRIDAY 16th MAY
6.30 a.m.
11.00 a.m.		 Shuttle service from the hotels to the secure reserved parking area.
8.00 a.m. Departure of the first car from Piazza Ariostea for the Ferrara – Rome stage.
12.30 p.m.
3.30 p.m.		 Buffet lunch in Urbino.
7.45 p.m.

Arrival of the first car at Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome.
Parade of cars and on stage public presentation. The event will be broadcast live on a national television network. Parking of cars in the secure car park inside the Villa Borghese. Shuttle service to the hotels.

Buffet dinner at the respective hotels and overnight stay.

SATURDAY 17th MAY
5.00 a.m.
8.30 a.m.		 Shuttle service from the hotels to the secure car park inside the Villa Borghese.
6.30 a.m. Departure of the first car from Castel Sant’Angelo for the Rome – Brescia stage.
11.00 a.m.
2.00 p.m. 		Buffet lunch in Buonconvento (SI).
10.30 p.m
2.00 a.m.

Arrival of the first car downtown in Brescia.
Public presentation of cars in Viale Venezia.
Parking of cars in secure reserved areas at the Mille Miglia Paddock.
Buffet dinner at the Mille Miglia Paddock at Fiera di Brescia.

Shuttle service to the hotels. Overnight stay.

SUNDAY 18th MAY
11.00 a.m.

Shuttle service from the hotels to the Teatro Grande.
Prize-giving at the Teatro Grande.
1.30 p.m. Shuttle service to the Museo Mille Miglia.
Cocktail and farewell lunch at Museo Mille Miglia.
3.00 p.m. Shuttle service to the Mille Miglia Paddock.
9.30 a.m.
4.30 p.m. 		The Mille Miglia Paddock will stay open to the public.
