The following optional additional services can be included in the package by requesting them on-line on the entry registration form. These must however be paid immediately upon entry acceptance - after January 31 and before March 31 - as they will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

After March 31, for organizational motives, it will no longer be possible to purchase any of these services. The only exception to this will be the “bollo” (car sticker) for additional support vehicles which may be bought at the Mille Miglia Paddock at the Brescia Trade Fair.

  • Hotel rooms: The option of two single rooms instead of one double by means of an additional payment of € 1,300.00 (i.e. in addition to the € 5,775.00 standard entry fee).
  • Extra stay in the hotel in Brescia: The option of staying in the chosen hotel a few days before (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) or after the event (Sunday), on the basis of the following rates:

  • Hospitality Package for your Support Crew: The option of having a support crew (the personnel responsible for technical and mechanical assistance of the participating cars) taken care of by the Organization.

Only one support crew will be allowed per Mille Miglia participating car. Each support car crew member will receive:

  • Three buffet dinners (in Brescia May 14 and 16, in Rome May 15)
  • Three nights in a hotel with continental breakfast included (14 - 15 - 16 May)
  • Two buffet lunches (at Sansepolcro and at Monteriggioni)
  • Aperitivo and lunch in Brescia May 17
  • The road-book
  • The numbered assistance (support vehicle) sticker
  • The necessary passes
  • Access to the parking areas under security surveillance during the night

  • Hospitality Package for your Accompanying Car Crew: The option of having your accompanying car crew taken care of by the Organization at the following rates:

Each accompanying car crew member will receive:

    • Welcome Coffee at the Mille Miglia Paddock at the Brescia Trade Fair (Fiera di Brescia)
    • Three buffet dinners (in Brescia May 14 and 16, in Rome May 15)
    • Welcome Snack in the hotel
    • Three nights in a hotel with continental breakfast included (14 - 15 - 16 May)
    • Two buffet lunches (at Sansepolcro and at Monteriggioni)
    • Invitations to the Teatro Grande di Brescia for the Award Ceremony on May 17
    • Aperitivo and lunch in Brescia May 17
    • The road-book
    • The numbered sticker specifically for accompanying cars
    • The necessary passes
  • Purchase of the road-book and sticker for a support vehicle: The option of purchasing only the road-book and sticker for €200.00 without the hospitality package.  Since this price does not include food and lodging, it will then be necessary for you to take care of this for your crew.
  • A saloon car placed at your disposition: This option includes your own personal steward/interpreter, allowing you to accompany the participating cars during the whole event. The car will serve as your personal shuttle, take you to the airport, transport your luggage, and give additional assistance to you and your crew. Cost starts at € 4,000.00.
  • Parking for your transportation truck and other support vehicles with or without trailers. This option allows you to park the above in the fenced areas of the Mille Miglia Paddock at the Brescia Trade Fair Grounds, with security surveillance, for the following fees: Car + trailer € 50.00; others €150.00. The schedule for their stay in the controlled areas is from 11.00 p.m.on Thursday May 14 to 12.00 noon Monday May 18, 2009.
